Meet our Executive Board
President of New Paltz’s AMA, her goal is to push the collegiate chapter outside of its comfort zone. She wants the chapter to experience new things, and understand that reaching out to others is a great way to network. Her job is to oversee the rest of the board, and work with the President to make sure that everything is on track.

Eddie Monroy - Executive Vice President

Kristin Wood - Vice Presiednt of Communications
A senior and a Business Marketing major. One of Kristin's main goals for the year is to increase the communication between the AMA executive board members and it's general members. To do this, she organizes notes from Executive meetings so that they are accessible through Blackboard for general members to read and follow. She also posts upcoming events on our facebook page in order to inform general members or interested students about what is going on with the AMA
Ashley Barraud - Vice President of Promotions and AdvertisingAt her final year as a Marketing major, Ashley's goal for NP AMA is to effectively advertise and promote the club in order to gain more members and active participants. She wants to raise awareness of the organization throughout the campus through her campaigns.
Katie Kocijanski - Vice President of Public Relations
Katie's goal for the year is to improve external communications with businesses and professional associations for the SUNY New Paltz AMA. As an organization, she feels that the organization needs to continue with its growth connecting with the community and around the college campus itself. She hopes to establish connections with local businesses to benefit the AMA in the long run by publicizing AMA's achievements and upcoming events to many local publications and businesses in order to get ourselves more well known within the college and and community at large.
Alexandra Sanky - Vice President of Fundraising
Alexandra is a senior and majoring in Marketing. As VP of Fundraising, her goal is to collect as many resources from businesses and alumni towards events for the general members. She will fundraise as much as possible to ensure her goal.
